We Don’t Just Create — We Craft with Purpose
We are a holistic consultancy group with a diverse team of existential guides available to support you in the most important thing: your youth, your future. The divergent guides team specialize in the developmental arc from age 11 to 19 that represents the most volatile and significant transition in the human life cycle. We are dedicated to supporting unique youth and their success by addressing the shift from traditional schooling to a complex life quest by integrating them with an internal set of skills and tools to help young people to navigate life in a world that is experienced differently.
How do we do it?
We primarily listen to you. Providing a non-judgmental safe space, as we are only interested in what actually is, and what is the most important thing from here. We draw on many lineages and cohorts to synergistically pair systems with structures, to most effectively unwind and untangle where things are stuck, as we step beyond systems together. We often support your whole primary ecosystem core, so that it in turn can support you.
Our guides have gone deep enough within their own reality experience to be a vast capacity container to meet you ever closer to your fullness. We work in team geometries that can lift you to a level higher than any one of us supporting is able to individually access. The diversity of unique skill sets here and abilities that don’t exist yet allows us to meet challenges at the place they are most ready and effective to be met. Once it is encountered, it is ready to elevate.

Our Guides
Our guides are exceptional listeners, judgment-free, who will meet the truth as it is with full acceptance; they have gone beyond in the deep journey of consciousness and connection to non-duality. They hold strong intuition; they have walked their own path of integration into mainstream society successfully and sustainably. Our guides remember who they are, which is formless consciousness. We listen with a neutral loving presence, one that is without judgment. Our guides understand the subtle uniqueness of every journey, as we are a collective of people who have all gone deep on their own unique similar path and can collectively support youth to walk together beyond feeling alone, unseen, misunderstood or confused by the “normal reality”.
